Light and tasty, Haddock is a savory type of fish that flakes delicately in your mouth when it is cooked properly. It isn’t too filling and generally goes well with all light dressings. I made this recipe out of instinct and was very pleased with the results. I also love fish so that probably helped ;P. Hope you guys like it !

Serves 4

4 haddock fillets

Min 2 cup of fresh parsley, cut finely

Min 1 cup of lemon juice

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

2 cups of red onion, chopped

1 cup of fresh basil cut lengthwise

Min 2 cups of celery, cut according to width

Place fish on a aluminium foil paper covering a flat baking dish.

Cover fish with lemon juice. Sprinkle parsley, garlic powder, onion and celery over fish.

Cover plater with another aluminium foil and place in over. Bake at bake at 350 F for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with salad, rice or vegetables.
